About Me

Hello, my name is Sarah. I am a mother of two young children and currently work within the Early Years sector. My yoga journey began during the lockdown in January 2021, five months after giving birth. At the time, I was seeking a practice that could support both my physical recovery and my mental wellbeing. Turning to yoga was one of the most impactful decisions I’ve made. It not only strengthened my body and improved my flexibility, but also helped me cultivate calm, presence, and a deeper sense of balance in my daily life.

I have since completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and am currently undertaking specialised training in Children’s Yoga. This marks the beginning of what I hope will be a long and meaningful path within the yoga community. I am committed to continuing my professional development and enrolling in further courses to expand my knowledge and skills.

I look forward to hosting my first class in Spring/Summer 2026 and hope to welcome you to the mat soon.
